Deliveries, Returns, refunds & replacement policy

This policy applies to everything you buy from Ades foods online, and if your items have been sold by one of our retail outlets, you may also be offered additional rights.
We take great pride in ensuring that our products get to you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to replace or issue a full refund on most products, as long as it is within the relevant cancellation period.
For all non-edible grocery products you have 28 days to change your mind. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please note that proof of purchase is required.

Products Not Refundable Unless Faulty
The following products are not refundable unless faulty:

  • Frozen, smoked or perishable goods
  • Baby food
  • Magazine where the seal has been broken
  • Top-ups and scratch cards are not refundable under any circumstances

Changed your mind?

We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Ades. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product in their original packaging and in their original condition with your proof of purchase, within 28 days from the day you receive the goods (the cancellation period) and we'll happily offer a refund. Note that we do not accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons: Frozen smoked or perishable goods and baby food once they've left the store.

Is your item faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything work perfectly, but if it doesn't, our customer services team are happy to help. You can reach them on 020 88531000.

Receiving your refund

  • By credit or debit card: Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 3 - 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • By cash: Your money will be refunded in cash
  • By online credit: Your refund will be credited into your online account for you to use on your next shopping or share with a friend.

Shipping & Delivery

General Delivery Notice

Deliveries will be brought to the front door or house or to the communal entrances of block of flats/apartments. Delivery drivers are unable to bring orders inside the house or into a block of flats. Please respond promptly to collect your order once delivered.

We do delivery to the whole of UK residential addresses. We also offer "Click & Collect" for FREE to all customers from our Thamesmead branch. For all wholesale customers, we only offer Click & Collect service online.
