DELIVERY INFORMATION: We ship both fresh and frozen items in environmentally friendly insulated packaging that keeps them fresh/frozen during transit. However, please be aware that due to varying weather conditions, some items may arrive partially defrosted, but this does not compromise their quality or safety. All fresh and frozen items are sent via our next-day delivery service.

Mode of Preparation:

- Defrost Ades Processed Nigerian Ewedu.

- Add a pinch of salt to taste.

- Microwave for 2 mins.

- Serve piping hot as a side dish-soup and may be mixed with stew.

- Eat as served alongside with eba, amala, tuwo, pounded yam, akpu or fufu, semo.
